Air capacity of 115 ICFM @ 125 PSI. Featuring a large 127 MM belt drive air end with a low RPM high volume output. Air end has been rebuilt to include all bearings controls and seals.
Service Indicators
Controller provides service indicators for separator and air filter. Unit also features an easy service design with a spin off oil separator.
Air Cooled
Unit is air cooled by an OIL/AIR aftercooler with horizontal discharge. A mounted water separator with automatic drain.
Run Modes
Controller provides 3 run modes, Constant Run, Auto Lead, and Auto Lag.
Motor
Motor is a 30 HP 460V 3 Phase 60HZ ODP with a low RPM of 1780. This uses a common T frame with a 1.15 service factor and class F Insulation. Motor has been rebuilt with new bearings. The windings have been cleaned inspected and treated for maximum life.
Controls
Microprocessor provides safe operation with safety shut downs for high oil temperature, and air temperature. It also provides protections for the drive motor. A NEMA 12 enclosure provides protection for the starter and microprocessor.
