Equipment Rigging

Removal and Installation of Compressed Air Equipment and accessories.  Equipment disposal also available. 

Electrical 

Electrical installation needs for new equipment or existing repairs. Proper wire size and a fusible disconnect can save you from costly damage. Line reactors recommend for Variable Speed Drive applications to protect your new investment. 

Plumbing

Plumbing installations,  additions, or repairs made easy. Black Iron, Copper, and Air Net Aluminum Pipe are all products offered. Compressed air accessories also available such as hose reels. 

Flow Controllers 

​Flow controllers can be used to manage plant air pressure for steady supply to your entire facility with a potential of 4% energy savings. Receiver pressure fluctuates with the compressor while plant air maintains steady at the target pressure.

Ventilation

Adequate ventilation is key for compressor peak performance and efficiency. It is often over looked and creates many maintenance problems down the line. Condensate Managment

A full line of condensate management products are available to keep you OSHA approved. Zero loss drains and timed  solenoids with oil water separators keep things under control with ease. 

Air Receivers

The Compressed Air and Gas Institute recommends 3 to 5 gallons of storage per CFM delivered . This achieves maximum efficiency and prevents pressure loss to plant air during peak demand intervals. Proper storage is a must for a fine tuned efficient compressed air system.
